Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's guidelines outlined here.

Changing Sizes

For change of sizes, please note that you will have to pay for return shipping to the warehouse.

Received the wrong item/missing item

If you have received the wrong item or are missing part of your order, please contact the team at info@sparms.com.au or (07)5600 0555 and we will rectify the issue ASAP. 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE - WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

  1. Please send us an email at info@sparms.com.au and notify us of your order number and intended return or exchange.
  2. You will need to send us the item(s), the invoice.
  3. We recommend sending your return or exchange using a recorded service and holding onto your tracking number. SParms cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. The postage cost for returning item(s) back to us is at the customer's expense.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

    1. Please send us an email at info@sparms.com.au and notify us of your order number and intended return or exchange.
    2. You will need to send us the item(s), the invoice.
    3. We recommend sending your return or exchange using a recorded service and holding onto your tracking number. SParms cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
    4. If you would like to exchange or return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by SParms.
    5. Please be reminded to indicate on the package that the items are intended for "exchange". Without such notice, the package is at risk of incurring additional customs duties and taxes.

Change of Mind

If you've simply changed your mind and would like to return the item, please ensure that:
  - The product has not been worn and is in its original packaging
  - You have your order number and proof of purchase ready
Send an email through to our team at info@sparms.com.au titled "Refund Request" and we will advise the following steps there. 
We can not guarantee refunds for all orders. Eligibility will be based on ACCC guidelines. 
Additional postage fees will incur if the parcel is "Return to Sender" for incorrect shipping address or uncollected parcels from the local post office.

COVID RESTRICTIONS

Due to the current pandemic we cannot allow exchanges for our mask ranges if the packages have been opened. Please make sure that you try and purchase the correct size and if you are unsure please contact info@sparms.com.au for more guidance
