SParms is the business name and references to "we", "us" and/or "our" throughout www.sparms.com.au ("the website") are to ANK GOLF LOGISTICS Pty Ltd (SParms).
Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including both users who are simply viewing the web site and users who are purchasing goods through the web site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as making a purchase signifies acceptance of these terms.
If you enter any prize competitions or other promotions on the Services, separate terms and conditions may also apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

SParms products
SParms products comply with the Australian ARPANSA standards.
The UPF 50+ rating is for the fabric and does not address the amount of protection which is afforded by the design of the garment. The manipulations involved in the making of the garment such as stretching and sewing may lower the UPF of the material. Articles which have been designed to cover the maximum area of the body are recommended.
The protection offered by this item may be lessened:
(i) at points where the fabric is in close contact with the skin such as across the shoulders;
(ii) if the fabric is stretched;
(ii) if the fabric is wet; and
(iv) with time, due to the effects of normal wear.
The fabric composition of SParms fabrics do not always present optimal surfaces for adhering aesthetic embellishments such as logo transfers. When placed under repeated usage, logos may crack or discolour, however this does not reflect any deterioration in the function of the product or its UPF 50+ rating.
We do not take any legal responsibility if these guidelines turn out to be incorrect at any point.
Colours
Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website.
Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct delivery address details are provided to SParms at the time of placing the order.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements. These include duties and taxes that may occur.
Free Shipping
Domestic (In Australia)
Free STANDARD shipping will be automatically applied to all orders in Australia valued at AUD$69 or over after any discount is applied. Free EXPRESS shipping will be automatically applied to all orders in Australia valued at AUD$99 or over after any discount is applied.
International
Free STANDARD shipping will be automatically applied to all orders outside of Australia valued at AUD$149 or over after any discount is applied. Free EXPRESS shipping will be automatically applied to all orders outside of Australia valued at AUD$199 or over after any discount is applied.
Refunds, returns and cancellations
SParms does not accept cancellations or amendment of orders.
Our return and exchange policy is 30 days from when you receive the goods.
Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, which means unworn and unwashed with all original tags still in place. If we deem that the item(s) is not in its original condition, the customer will not receive a refund or exchange.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assess the item and if deemed damaged on arrival or faulty, will provide a replacement where possible or exchange.
We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered and signed for.
We do not accept responsibility for returned item(s) that get lost in transit. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
